Bitung is the main deep-water port of North Sulawesi. Located on the eastern side of the province, Bitung provides easy access to volcanoes, parks and diving. It is known for its colorful marine life, in particular sea slugs.
Tangkoko National Park is located at the foot of "Dua Saudara" mountain. The area is composed of impressive green hills and valleys and amazing natural scenery. There is a variety of animal life and dense vegetation.
Along the Lembeh Strait are many tranquil beaches and the Batu Kapul sea garden. Here divers will enjoy pristine water and unique colorful marine life.
