San Josecito is a beautiful beach located on Drake Bay’s coast, on the west of Osa Peninsula, in southern Puntarenas province, Costa Rica. It is a secluded area with plenty of swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving opportunities.
Playa San Josecito has a superb coral cove that is safe for snorkeling and offers tourists some lovely underwater excursions. Visitors can rent a kayak from here and paddle up and down Costa Rica’s glorious Pacific Coast. Horseback rides or hiking into Corcovado National Park can also be arranged.
