Cumières is a commune in the Champagne-Ardenne region - Marne department, in north-eastern France.
Located on the Route du Champagne on the Marne River, it is a pretty little wine village famous for its Champagne but also for its Champagne Red, which is light red wine and not sparkling.

Each June, the feast day of Sainte Jeane-Baptiste is celebrated with a ceremonial lantern parade, fireworks and a fun fair with rides. After the Carnival, the following weekend each year is the traditional Cumieres annual village flea market.
