Transport Links - Johannesburg is served by O.R. Tambo International Airport. It is the connecting hub for flights to other cities in South Africa and receives many flights from international hubs. The airport is located to the east (24 km) from the city center.
Park Station is Johannesburg's central station and is in the city center between Rissik (west), Wolmarans (north), Wanderers (east) and De Villiers (south) streets, it occupies several blocks. There are regular inter-city trains to destinations all over the country, including Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Kimberley, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Nelspruit and Polokwane.
Long-distance buses including Translux, Greyhound, Intercape and Baz Bus arrive at Park Station. All major bus companies provide a service to and from Johannesburg.
