Kangaroo Island, South Australia

Kangaroo Island is Australia's third-largest island after Tasmania and Melville Island. It is 112 kilometres (70 mi) southwest of Adelaide at the entrance of Gulf St Vincent, in the state of South Australia. There are four significant settlements on the island, with Kingscote being the biggest.

Visitors to Kangaroo Island will experience an abundance of wildlife, natural scenery and wild beaches. The cliffs and bays can be spectacular, and there are interesting geological formations along the south, the most popular to visit being Admirals Arch and the Remarkable Rocks.

Popular attractions include the KI Penguin centre and the New Zealand Fur Seals which can be seen under Admirals Arch in Flinders Chase National Park.
