Ilsas Cies is an archipelago on the coast of Ponteverdra in Galicia, off the west coast of Spain. It is made up of the three uninhabited islands of Monteagudo, Thu Faro and San Martino and declared a nature reserve in 1980. They are included in the Atlantic Islands of Galicia National Park created in 2002.
Play de Rodas, with crystal clear turquoise waters and incredibly fine white sand, according to the British daily newspaper, The Guardian, is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
