Hormigas de Afuera are a group of islands located in Peru. The name literally translates to Offshore Ant Islands, which refers to the size of the islands.
These tiny islands are known for their amazing wildlife, in particular the Peruvian booby and other seabirds, plus the South American sea lion. If you are lucky, you might even spot a few whales and dolphins.
