San Vicente de Tagua Tagua, or just San Vicente, is a Chilean commune and city in Cachapoal Province, O'Higgins Region.
The main attraction of this region is the San Vicente dry lagoon where the first human settling of Chile took place 11.380 years ago. In this place, traces of hunting populations and skeletons of mastodons, American horses and deer, dating back to 12,000 years ago, were found.
