Zernosekyis a village and municipality (obec) in Litoměřice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It Žernoseky lies on the right bank of the Elbe river approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) west of Litoměřice, 14 km (9 mi) south of Ústí nad Labem, and 57 km (35 mi) north-west of Prague.
Zernoseky has been a wine growing area since the middle of the 11th century. The south-facing slopes near the River Labe in the České Středohoří hills, good soils and a favourable microclimate have produced a unique combination of conditions suitable for growing white wine varieties.
