Sacred Islands, Fiji

The four uninhabited Sacred Islands are located 35 miles west of Nadi, on the Northern Point of the Mamanuca group, to the north west of Tokoriki. These beautiful, remote islands are believed to be the birthplace of Fijian culture.

Visitors to the islands can swim in the aquamarine lagoons, beach comb, or view coral viewing from a glass bottom boat. Other activities include bush walking and bird watching. At high tide there is good snorkeling from the beaches and in the sheltered bays, and in calm conditions a stop at Dunk’s Canyon Reef is well worth it.
