Forbes Islands is a national park in Queensland, Australia, 1962 km northwest of Brisbane in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Queensland and is located about 40 km North East of Iron Range National Park and Lockhart River in the Cape Weymouth area in the Coral Sea.
Forbes Island has a sheltered bay, a hill with a bit of height to stop the wind and an old coconut plantation. There is a reef only meters from the shore where the water is pristine.
