Anadyr is a port town and the administrative centre of Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, Russia. It is located at the mouth of the Anadyr River and is Russia’s easternmost town.
In Anadyr during Winter, it is time for dog-sledging. Summer is good for hiking to mountains, fishing and rafting. Visitors can also view remote villages of Chukchi and Eskimo peoples.
