Huangpu, China

Huangpu is a district of Shanghai, China. It is located in central Shanghai, on the banks of Huangpu River. The Huangpu River may be the longest river that passes via the city of Shanghai. The River divides Shanghai into two sections: Pudong inside the east, and Puxi in the West.

Huangpu River cruises are a popular attraction in Shanghai. Cruises are a daily event on the river. These include shorter cruises which cover the main waterfront area between the Yangpu Bridge and Nanpu Bridges, as well as and full river cruises which meander eastward along the golden waterway to Wusongkou. Along the river you can enjoy not only the Bund and other classic buildings in different architectural styles in Puxi, but also the skyscrapers in Pudong. Views along the river are a joy to behold at any time of the day or night.
