King Island, Tasmania, Australia

King Island is located in Bass Strait, off the north-western tip of the main island of Tasmania, about half way between Tasmania and Victoria. The main towns on the island are Currie, Grassy and Naracoopa.

King Island is famous for two things - seafood, especially lobster (Crayfish), and King Island dairy products. The grass on the island produces extremely rich and creamy milk that local dairies turn that into delicious brie, camembert etc.
