Bodrum is a Turkish port in Muğla Province. It is on the Bodrum Peninsula, near the northwest entrance to the Gulf of Gökova, and faces the Greek island of Kos. Today, it is a very popular tourist resort for northern Europeans due to its attractive coastline and active night-life.

Bodrum town is surrounded by waters ideal for divers and diving. The calm and crystal waters around Bodrum make this area a must for any experienced diver, and for beginners this is a wonderful place to start, with diving sites to suit all tastes.

Port Location – It is approximately 17 km’s Bodrum from Port Yalikavak. There is also a new Port in construction – Port Mulga.

Travel Links – Bodrum-Milas airport is 35 km away from Bodrum and many flight companies operate charter flights to Bodrum in Summer season. There are also Dalaman and Izmir Airports which are 3 hours far away from Bodrum. There are Havas Shuttle services in accordance with each planes' arriving to the domestic lines of Bodrum Milas Airport. There is also an airport taxi service which is more expensive than the shuttle service. You can find the price list in front of the taxi lane.

Bodrum can be reached by sea from Cos and Rhodes (Greek Islands). Daily ferryboat services from/to Cos and Rhodes to Bodrum are available during the summer season.

There are many intercity bus companies which operate bus services to Bodrum from major cities of Turkey such as Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Adana, Bursa, Konya ,etc. After arriving at any of these cities, Bodrum is reached by bus. By bus : from Istanbul to Bodrum 13 hours; Izmir to Bodrum 4 hours; Ankara to Bodrum 10 hours.
